To make the drink for the diet
- Heat 1.5 liters of skim milk to a temperature of 70 degrees.
- Add to it 3 teaspoons of green tea (loose-leaf variety).
- Insist tea in milk for a quarter of an hour, then filter and drink throughout the day.
If you have no time to insist tea in milk, you can brew the tea leaves separately and then add milk to it. Nevertheless, green tea infused in milk provides the greatest effect. Carrot and apple diet

Besides the juice, you should not consume any other products. However, you need to supply your body with 1.5 liters of water per day (the juice doesn’t count).
The duration of this diet program is 3 days. To enhance the effect, you can add massage sessions or swim in the pool. Get ready that you can have looser stools, since this weight loss diet presupposes cleansing of the intestine. Nevertheless, if you suffer from the diseases of the digestive system, the carrot-apple diet is not for you.
